Downtime caused by upstream provider

Issue started ~5am CDT 6/10/2025. Issue resolved as of ~3:30pm CDT 6/10/2025

What was the issue?

Our hosting provider, Heroku by Salesforce, experienced a major issue that caused downtime for all scheduled fetchers.

If you had a high volume scheduled fetcher running at the time of the issue, it did not run. Please use force fetches and/or increase the look back time of your scheduled fetcher temporarily if needed to pull data from this window.
