Toast Orders Export
Use EasyCSV to automate sending Order data to FTP, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Amazon S3, APIs and Data Warehouses.
Connect Toast to EasyCSV and set up scheduled Order exports
- Log into your Toast account.
- Log into EasyCSV
- Create a new EasyCSV import flow and choose Toast as the data source.
- Choose where you want to send the Toast Order data with the last step of the setup flow. Popular destinations include emailing the data as a CSV file, uploading to FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Amazon S3, and Box.
- After Flow is created, edit the data Destination Settings.
- Then in the Toast options, choose to fetch the latest Order to test the Flow.
- If everything works well, edit the Toast fetcher options and turn on the Fetcher for the schedule you want.

Disconnect and Reconnect Toast to EasyCSV
- Log into your Toast account.
- Log into your EasyCSV account.
- Go to your Toast admin API Access & Settings
- Create new API credentials
- Log into EasyCSV, and refresh this page to see a link to make a new Toast connection to paste in the API values from Toast.
- Update all your EasyCSV fetchers in your EasyCSV flows to use the new Toast Connection in the Fetcher Settings.
- Delete the old credentials in Toast for the old connection.
