Notion database CSV and XLSX file export

Use EasyCSV to automate sending CSV and XLSX files to FTP, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Amazon S3, and more.

Connect Notion to EasyCSV and set up an export schedule

  1. Log into your Notion account.
  2. Log into EasyCSV
  3. Create a new EasyCSV import flow and page on EasyCSV.io using a CSV export file of the Notion databse you want to regulary export (shown how-to in video above).
  4. Choose where you want to send the Notion data when setting up the EasyCSV import flow & page. Popular destinations include emailing the data as a CSV file, uploading to FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Amazon S3, and Box.
  5. After the page is created, click the "Scheduled Fetcher" link at the top of the page.
  6. Choose your export schedule timing details
  7. Choose to get the data from Notion
  8. Click the link to connect your Notion Account to EasyCSV. You will be directed to Notion. Accept all prompts for permissions.
  9. Back on EasyCSV Scheduled Fetcher Settings, search for the name of the Database you want to export and get the data from.
  10. Save the scheduled fetcher settings.
  11. Go to the Import Flow link at the top of the page.
  12. Scroll to the bottom of the import flow page and fill out any missing destination info. Including the output file name you would like.
  13. To test the whole flow go back to the schedule fetcher and click the "Force Fetch" button. Follow the video above for all of these steps.

Disconnect and Reconnect Notion to EasyCSV

  1. Log into your Notion account.
  2. Click "Settings & Members" in the top left navigation
  3. Under the Workspace area of settings in the left, click on "Connections"
  4. Find the listing for EasyCSV and click the 3 dots on the right "•••"
  5. Click Disconnect from all users
  6. Now, go and log into your EasyCSV Account
  7. Click this link to refresh your Notion connection and Grant EasyCSV Permissions for your Database you need to work with: Reconnect Notion
